The calmest east Frisian island
No cars, no traffic, no noise just you and the see. This is how I can describe the wonderful island Juist in the North See. Juist is the narrowest (500m wide ) of the seven east Frisian islands in Northern Germany. We stayed there only for one day, but it was really amazing. As we live in South Germany it was hard to believe that this is the same country. On the one side of the island you can see a never-ending mudflat, on the other side the dark blue Noth See. The landscape is defined by the dunes and sand. The strandkorbs were my favorite accessories of the island, as they made the seaside really colorful.Nordsee feeling |
