Bright green colors in Dahner Felsenland

On the first of Mai we decided to take a walk in the fresh new forests of the Pfalz. The Dahner Felsenland is not far from Kalrsruhe so we traveled by a nostalgic train called, Felsenland-Express. Pfalz is really worth a visit because of the many many castles and interesting rock shapes. On that day we saw three castles altogether and we had beautiful view to the green hills of the Pfalz. The pictures were made with my Canon.

The Moorish magic in Cordoba

23:16 Unknown 0 Comments

The last stay of our Spanish trip was in Córdoba. This city was the last Moorish capital, which was conquered by the Christians during the Reconquista. This fact caused many interesting architectural details. The Great Mosque of Córdoba is the most amazing Christan-Moorish Cathedral. I really loved the white red arches, which is the symbol of the city, along the interior and everywhere on the streets. The historical part contains many lovely restaurants, narrow streets and pretty white houses with lot of flowers. I hope you enjoy these magical patterns on the photos.

Los pueblos blancos

11:03 Unknown 1 Comments

This is a collection of the most beautiful Andalusian villages with bright white houses: Setenil de las Bodegas, Olvera, and Casares. In Setenil de las Bodegas you can see many houses built in/under the rocks which makes an interesting impression. Olvera has an amazing view from the road, as it is on the top of a hill. Casares is the most famous of all, I loved there the morning market atmosphere. I hope you like the photos.
