The Castles of Sintra
The most interesting about Sintra, that you can find there many castles, palaces, gardens and villas. This is the place, where the rich inhabitants of Portugal (and also England) built their summer residences. They were right: breath taking view everywhere, Lisbon is not far and you can go to the beach if you want to. We visited the Montserrat Palace, the Moorish Castle and the Pena National Palace, but there are other nice palaces and parks too.
