Something very important was missing of my pictures uptil now: the so called Azulejos, the amazing Portuguese ceramic tilework. In this post I collected the most beautiful ones, that I saw in Portugal everywhere on the streets or in castles. The other interesing art of decoration is the colorful painting around the windows, which was also really insiping and I managed to collect them.

Marvao, Obidos and Monsaraz. They are the most beautiful castles and towns, which we visited in Portugal. So if you plan to this country, you should have a look at the countryside too. We were really lucky with the sunset, so I could shoot some unique photos.
