Bologna and Milano
I spent only few hours in these cities, but it was enough for me to feel the how old and interesting they are. In Bologna I was fascinated by the brick-houses, arcades and the pastel colored houses with green window-shutter. In Milan I could see the most beautiful white cathedral bathing in sunlight with the blue sky. The pictures will tell you all the rest. :)
